A tasty but simple dish from Nigella.
Yield: 2 Servings
Chicken, Chorizo and Beans
A tip of the hat to Nigella Lawson... this is great served with spring greens or cabbage

Ingredients
- 1 sliced chicken breasts (1)
- 1 can white beans (or chick peas)
- 1 can chicken broth (enough to cover breasts)
- 200 grams chorizo sausage (buy in a chunk and cube it)
Instructions
- Boil the chicken breast in the chicken broth.
- Meanwhile, start cooking the sausage in another saucepan. Don't get the heat too high or the sausage will burn.
- After the reddish oil has started to release, add the can of bean, liquid and all.
- Simmer until the chicken is done.
- Drain the chicken, top with beans and chorize, garnish with parsley and serve with your choice of greens.
