There are thousands, if not millions, of recipes out there for Deviled Eggs, but I had to include one just because the British that I knew, had never tried them or knew what they were. Be sure to introduce your new friends and family to this American classic.Â
Deviled Eggs
A very basic and classic appetiser which leave the guests wanting more!
Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1/8 cup mayo (as needed)
- 1 pinch paprika
Instructions
- Boil eggs (1 per serving) until fully hardened. Allow to cool or run under cold water.
- Peel the eggs and cut into halves. Scoop out the yolk into a bowl and put the rest of the egg on a plate.
- When you've scooped all the yolks into the bowl then mix with the appropriate amount of mayo (this depends on how much you'd prefer). Mix the yolk/mayo mix until creamy.
- Put a spoonful of the mayo/yolk mix into each of the empty eggs and top off each egg with a sprinkle of paprika.
