Meatballs are a fantastic base for a number of dishes. Great on hoagie rolls for tangy meatball sandwiches. Add to pasta, like spaghetti, or to beef stock for an easy, tasty soup.

These meatballs are a fantastic base for any number of dishes, and they require almost no time to make.

Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 20 minutes
Total Time 25 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef (minced (900g))
  • 1⁄4 cup milk
  • 1 package dry onion soup mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 F.
  2. Combine all ingredients, mix well. Shape into small (about a tsp or so) balls on baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes or until brown.

Notes

These freeze beautifully.

Combine them with Crock-pot cocktail sauce for a fantastic party snack or appetizer-also great on hoagie rolls for tangy meatball sandwiches. Add to pasta and beef stock for an easy, tasty soup. The number of options for these is limited only by your imagination!
