Ingredients
- 1 cup creme fraiche (or sour cream)
- 8 ounces cream cheese (In the UK, cream cheese is known as soft cheese. More, philly)
- 4 ounces green chilies (drained)
- 1 cup green olives (chopped)
- 1⁄2 cup cheddar (grated)
- 1 teaspoon onion (minced)
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 12 flour tortillas
- jalapenos (chopped, to taste)
- British gammon is similar to US ham, but often much more salty and usually not smoked. More (chopped, optional)
Instructions
- Blend crème fraiche and cream cheese until smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients (except for tortillas) and mix well.
- If tortillas are not flexible enough to roll easily, 40 seconds in the microwave (entire amount- covered in a paper towel) will warm them slightly.
- Spread cheese mixture on tortillas, roll up and place seam side down in a glass dish.
- Chill for several hours until firm. Slice into ½-inch sections and serve.
