This recipe was submitted by a community member some time ago. Definitely one to try soon, both as it is and with variations, like fresh strawberries instead of nuts.

Strawberry Cheesecake Whip

This take on a cheesecake requires only 3 ingredients and no oven - so it is a snap to make, and really REALLY yummy!

Total Time 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • 400 grams (2 8oz pkgs)
  • 6 tablespoons strawberry jam
  • 1 pecans (handful, chopped)

Instructions

  1. Place the cream cheese and jam and blend in a food processor (or with a hand mixer) on high until light and fluffy.
  2. Scoop into dessert cups and sprinkle with nuts! That's it!

Notes

Nuts are optional, fresh cut strawberries would also be delish.
